With both the tool design, and the production is in plant, a shorter lead time can be achieved, and the mistakes caused by the lack of proper communication between design and manufacturing can be avoided.

We mainly create programs for self produced tools, but also accepts requests for wageworks.

We prodive an information sheet to accompany the program, where the pivot, the technological parameters, and the milling tools needed for manufacturing are described. We create dimensioned adjustment drawings of the electrodes to support the eroding.
