If there is only a sample of a product, it is possible to digitize it, in the case of not very complex parts, modeling after measurement to a 3D computer solid body model. In this case, the necessary side skewings (drafts) and parting lines for tooling are taken into account already in the modeling phase.
If you have a 3D model, we can accept it in stp, iges or parasolid format.2D drawings in dxf or pdf format.

We are not standing in the way of our own development.
This question can be answered by the parameters of our machine park. Here, the total volume that can be produced with the tool in a single injection cycle and the size of the tool and the required closing force determine how much product we can produce.
We can process metal parts using the following mainly CNC technologies:
-milling
-block spark cutting
-wire spark cutting
-planar grinding
-mantle grinding
-turning
-start hole drilling
-conventional drilling
Basically, we cut metal alloy materials, but we can also process plastic raw materials on milling, drilling and turning machines.
From individual or proto components to small and medium series production, we are able to deal with the requests of our customers.
